Accelera Launches Two New Tires at IIMS 2025, Targeting Electric and Classic Car Owners
Welcoming the growing electrification era in the country encourages all stakeholders to prepare environmentally friendly components.
Not only vehicle manufacturers, but also in supporting industries such as aftermarket parts manufacturers. One of them is PT Elangperdana Tyre Industry (EPTI).
Taking advantage of the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025, the tire manufacturer based in Bogor, West Java launched the latest tire focused on electric cars, namely Accelera E-SILENT, Saturday (15/2/2025).

Accelera E-SILENT comes with E-Foam technology. It is a noise dampening innovation that is claimed to be able to reduce noise up to 2-3 dB without causing vibration.
This special material that is lightweight and resistant to high pressure and temperature absorbs road noise, providing optimal driving comfort without reducing performance, even at high speeds.
Currently, the technology is available on several models, namely Accelera IOTA ST-68, IOTA EVT, PHI, PHI 2, and PHI R.

However, Accelera E-SILENT can also be used in non-EV vehicles, making it an ideal choice for various types of cars.
At the same time, the local brand also launched another new tire, the Accelera Radial G/T made for Grand Touring.
The tire is specialized for classic cars with its iconic white-letter sidewall design, and provides an authentic classic touch while offering maximum traction on the road, both in dry and wet conditions.
Dicky Mursalie, Managing Director of PT Elangperdana Tyre Industry (EPTI) said that his company will continue to innovate to produce products that are up to date according to consumer expectations and the development of the automotive world.
"But we also do not rule out other values such as encouraging the creativity of the nation's children in terms of modification (by continuing to add sizes) and competitiveness in sports (still focusing on motorsport) which will automatically encourage the creation of jobs. #localpride will continue to be used for our campaigns both locally and in the export market, proving that the work of the nation's children can compete at the national and international levels," he continued.

Accelera E-SILENT hadir dengan teknologi E-Foam. Merupakan inovasi peredam kebisingan yang diklaim mampu mengurangi noise hingga 2-3 dB tanpa menimbulkan getaran.
Material khusus yang ringan serta tahan tekanan dan suhu tinggi ini menyerap suara jalan, menghadirkan kenyamanan berkendara optimal tanpa mengurangi performa, bahkan pada kecepatan tinggi.
Saat ini, teknologi tersebut hadir pada beberapa model, yakni Accelera IOTA ST-68, IOTA EVT, PHI, PHI 2, dan PHI R.
Meski begitu, Accelera E-SILENT juga dapat digunakan pada kendaraan non-EV, sehingga menjadikannya pilihan ideal untuk berbagai jenis mobil.
Di saat yang bersamaan, merek lokal tersebut juga meluncurkan ban baru lainnya, yakni Accelera Radial G/T yang dibuat untuk Grand Touring.

Ban tersebut dikhususkan bagi mobil klasik dengan desain dinding ban bertuliskan putih (white-letter sidewall) yang ikonik, dan memberikan sentuhan klasik yang autentik sekaligus menawarkan traksi maksimal di jalan raya, baik dalam kondisi kering maupun basah.
Dicky Mursalie, Managing Director PT Elangperdana Tyre Industry (EPTI) mengatakan, pihaknya akan terus berinovasi untuk menghasilkan produk yang up to date sesuai ekspektasi konsumen dan perkembangan dunia otomotif.
