For example, in terms of the engine, it now uses a 7K 1.800cc engine for more power. For practicality, this engine is paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission.

Even the bodywork isn't just repainted randomly. K-Zero Tuning did a complete scraping until the iron surface was visible so that the body could return to being linear and symmetrical. The red paint was also not chosen arbitrarily but had to match its era.

This era-appropriate theme continues to several accessories, such as the electric fender mirrors, Nardi Torino steering wheel, and Recaro seats. The wheels even use Atara Pisang wheels sized 15x8 ET 0, which are reminiscent of the 80s design.

However, when it comes to handling, it's modern. For example, the rear suspension has been converted to a 4-link coil spring system and lateral rod to make it even more comfortable and precise.

The tyres are also modern, using Accelera 651 Sport 205/50 R15 TW200. These tyres have a soft compound characteristic, providing a high level of comfort. The 651 Sport is designed for precise handling and quick steering response, both on and off the track.

Indonesia 

Toyota Corolla memang bisa dibilang sebagai mobil rakyat, hampir semua negara pernah mendapatkan Toyota Corolla sebagai salah satu mobil andalan Toyota. Namun tidak semua negara mendapatkan Toyota Corolla yang sama.

Kesesuaian era ini berlanjut ke beberapa pernak-pernik, misalnya spion model tanduk yang sudah elektrik, setir Nardi Torino, hingga jok Recaro. Velgnya bahkan menggunakan Atara Pisang berukuran 15x8 ET 0 yang melekat pada desain tahun 80-an.

Namun untuk urusan pengendalian, sudah modern. Misalnya kaki-kaki belakang yang dirombak menjadi sistem pegas koil 4-link dan batang lateral agar semakin nyaman dan presisi.

Begitupun dengan bannya, Accelera 651 Sport 205/50 R15 TW200. Ban ini memiliki karakteristik soft compound sehingga memiliki tingkat kenyamanan tinggi. 651 Sport dirancang untuk penanganan yang presisi dan respons kemudi yang cepat, baik di dalam maupun di luar lintasan.
