The Volkswagen Scirocco (VW Scirocco) is unique. The Volkswagen Scirocco is named after the Mediterranean wind. This name was absent for 19 years, with the second generation of the Volkswagen Scirocco last sold in Canada in 1989. The third generation we know today was presented in 2008.

The third-generation VW Scirocco uses the same base as the VW Golf, the PQ35 platform. The engine is also the same, a 1,400cc TSI 4-cylinder unit with the help of turbo. At the time of its release year, the VW Scirocco immediately received the "Car of the Year 2008" award from Top Gear magazine.

The body and design of the VW Scirocco is also suitable for accommodating large wheels. On this unit, a set of 3-piece Work Rezax wheels with a diameter of 19 inches with step lip and width at 9.5 and 10 inches is nicely attached.

For tyres, it’s trusted to the Accelera Phi 215/35 R19 and 225/35 R19 tires. 

"I think the advantage of this tyre is it is easy to get in most tyre shops and the character of the tyres is suitable for a car with stretch fitment," said Anggit, the owner of this VW Scirocco.

Because this Scirocco is for daily use with high performance, Anggit uses a combination of Border and AccuAir Suspension. Thanks to the strength of the Border coilovers, the airsuspension can work in harmony with the coilovers.

As a result, a hot hatchback was formed that is really low but can be driven fast.

Karena memiliki target untuk daily use maupun high performance, maka Anggit menggunakan suspensi kombinasi AccuAir dan Border. Berkat coilover Border itulah sebenarnya, kekuatan tumpuan suspensi bisa dipercaya mampu mengimbangi duetnya dengan balon air sus. 

Hasilnya, terbentuklah sebuah hot hatchback yang tampil ceper namun tetap enak diajak ngebut.
